Hi there,

What is alternative way to turn on roaming? The sms on number 150 is not sending. In the menu EE app I can't find this.

Can you send texts to other numbers? What happens when you try texting ROAMING to 150?

You can also enable roaming by calling CS on 150 or 0800 0798586

I can't send any sms to any numbers. Include 150.

Maybe it was important, I try to do this in roaming.

Is it possible to start using services when I am in this time of roaming?

Funds on balances is available.

The issue with roaming is again.

I forgot to activate roaming with SMS to 150 with text ROAMING when I was in the UK.

What way to activate roaming when I am aboard? Sms and calls don't work.

Sms to 150 don't send.

To make & receive calls & texts over a mobile network requires a connection to that network. When you are abroad, you need roaming active to connect to local networks.

By travelling abroad without enabling roaming, you create a catch-22 situation. You can only resolve this by contacting CS from another working phone, or a web-calling app such as Skype.

This advice assumes pay-monthly.
