How did you carry out the upgrade? Did you just order another 4GEE WiFi device? That wouldn't be an upgrade.

My contract ran out in February. I didn't get any notification from EE and my monthly price has jumped up to the maximum possible that a WIFI 4GEE can be and this month they have even added in a bit extra (maybe the 3.9%). I feel defrauded a bit to be honest.

But anyway,EE are trying to charge me me for MAY now but I have just upgraded my contract to the same 4GEE wifi hub. This payment has not come out of my account and given I will not be using that plan in may but the upgraded plan I won't let it. What I want to know is, how does the change over work? When will I be billed for the upgrade?

I went via my app , clicked upgrade and selected an upgrade option. Is that classed as an upgrade?
