Smart mifi device

I have received a mifi device with my smart WiFi package. I phoned 150 and they have added it to my online account All good but I can't see the device listed in the app on my phone. I see my phone listed and also another mifi device that we have ( all 3 show online ) but the app only show the two my phone and the other mifi. How Do I get the app to show all 3 devices thanks

It can take up to 24 hours for any changes to show.

I have added £5 credit to that device and set up sms forwarding to my phone. Do you know if I will need to top that up every 30 days or will it last longer than 30 days. I don't expect it will get many texts other than texts from EE

Your credit shouldn't expire, @kcurrie65.

If you use your credit to buy a pack this would last for 30 days.

This was £5 so it's not a pack as I don't think EE do a £5 pack so am hoping this will last more than 30 days kinda like in the olden days when payg could last 6 months 😅

Hello. Is it possible to add a subscription pack to this mifi device so it gets more data for when we go away in our van. Or would I be better just using a payg sim. It seems a waste to get another product when this mifi could do the trick nice if I can add a subscription pack to it

If this is a PAYG data SIM, as I suspect it is, you won't be able to add packs to it. For that you need a PAYG phone SIM.

Thanks for the reply. I bit the bullet and called 150. Its not payg as it is given as part of the broadband package. You can't add a subscription pack to it because of that. But you can add data to it going down the add on route. On checking those prices they offer extremely poor value for money.

So it comes with 2gb data a month ee smart wifi package. It has no calls or texts with it. So I added £5 incase I needed to use that sim for sending a text in hindsight I should not have even done that. It allows to add add ons like calls texts etc but not through the subscription packs. Hope that makes some kind of sense
