Cannot access website files using FTP

have been using filezilla for over 7 years to upload and change my websites.

Now I have moved and have to use a EE mobile 5G router for the internet and now FTP no longer works.

Fasthosts have been unable to help. below is a screenshot of Filezilla - it successfully logs onto the remote server but then times out requesting the folder listing and then cycles until I stop it.

I've tried different settings for the FTP but nothing works.

I've also seen several posts talking about FTP not working over this router - has anyone got a fix ?

Wait - I've fixed it!

by default I connect my computers into my Netgear Mesh wifi which then plugs into the EE router and I really only use the EE wifi for the older 2.5GHz range of devices around the house.

when connect the computers onto the EE wifi connection Directly the FTP works! happy days
