Hi, I have recently been paying for my EE broadband, it says I have 97GB left out of 100GB yet it still isn’t working? Im not sure what the problem is and I cannot access no internet. Can you please help me

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see data & credit status.
