New mini 4g ee wifi cant connect

My new 4g ee wifi mini won't stay connected to my pc and I'm just at a loss right now as just moved from Three over to here hoping for a better connection but it's causing more problems so far.

I'm having the same issue with my 4g wifi, it took almost half hour this morning to connect, I've tried tonight after doing a reset now it won't connect at all. Only had this 3 weeks and it's not working how it should .not good when I've taken out a contract for it for my business.

We know how important it is for you to be able to use your device and get connected, so I can understand your frustration. Has this been happening the whole time you've had the device, or have you had the device a while, and only started to have issues over the past 3 weeks?
