Do 4GEE/5GEE Home Router packages primarily uses mobile signal all the time?

We have very slow BT land line and want to use the EE 4G signal all the time and not the land line because it is too slow.

Some of the packages years ago would only use the 4G if the landline dropped out, but we don't want to use the land line internet at all only 4G.

If we got one of the below packages would they run on the 4G all the time?

Yes, 4G or 5G respectively or whatever 'G' that can get at the time. They have no landline DSL signal capability at all.
