I have a sim only contract can't t connect to t EE Wi-Fi when I am in the underground - please can I be advised how to resolve this.

Hello, I have the same problem. I am using pay as you go sim on iPhone 14 Pro. I started using EE 2 weeks ago but I never get the Wi Fi access on the tube stations. I tried Virgin wifi to log in with EE details but it says I can use EE Auto WiFi and it will connect me. However, it shows me an error every time I try to connect at any station in London since I started using EE. Are your hotspots actually working? Or what could be the problem?

Yes, I am using a 25GB bundle for 15£ and payed it 2 weeks ago
