@sophgarratt You have to call customer services about that and not post private information on a public forum that the whole world has access too.

If you’re still within your contract period you’ll be required to pay off that contract to the minimum term date. To get the exact figure to pay this off you need to call customer services.

What previous email? If it was about the recent CPI + 3.9% annual price increase you won't be able to leave FoC if you are still within your min contract term.
