4g EE mini box keeps turning off

I’m having problems getting the 4g mini mobile broadband to stay on. I’m getting around 30 minutes but then it switches off even if it’s plugged in. Can anyone help?

Could you try resetting it using the button/pinhole on the side/back of the device please?

Are you actually using it during those 30 mins. Most of them will switch off to conserve the battery after a period of idleness.

I just got the 4g mini mobile broadband today. After the previous version I had broke down and I’m having the exact same problem with the 4g mini mobile broadband 🤦‍♀️!!!

I’m having the same problem. Iv reset it x 2 in 24hrs and it’s still doing the same. Also when it on occasion shows I have wifi, the display on the device switches off, is it supposed to do this?

my ee 4g box twirls and does not work consistently at all despite doing what has already been advised ….

What problems are you experiencing with your 4GEE WiFi?

Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?
