What is the difference between 4G Wifi and BT 4G Home Hub with EE SIM?

Th EE website currently has 2 options for 4G mobile broadband...

4G WiFi

BT 4G Home Hub with EE Sim

What is the difference between these?
Is one better than the other for picking up 4G signal?
Is the booster Antenna available for both options?

I'm looking for a broadband replacement option, and only have a weak 4G signal beside a window, so I think I would need an antenna fitted.

Your links require the reader to be logged into an EE contract mobile a/c. We don't all have those. So I link here to more universally acceptable pages:

The 4GEE Wifi Mini is a battery-powered router with WiFi & USB connection, no Ethernet.
The BT 4G Home Hub with EE SIM is a mains-powered router with WiFi & 1 Ethernet port.
