Which router? (Colour)

Mobile routers have a password sticker or card. That message means you've entered the wrong password.

If you still have the original password reset the router via the reset button.

its the right password its on the card so to reset it is a waste of time thought i would try thisout not one of my better ideas

@tony4122 : Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then, if the WiFi password is not also found under the battery cover, on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.
