      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 4GEE WIFI MINI which ive had a long time. Not used it for a while but going away in a couple of weeks, so charged it up and went to top up/ look at what data is left (there should have been around 80gb but i understand theres a time limit)&amp;nbsp; and nowhere on the site recognises the number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i call through for help its wanting an EE number punched in, but keeps saying the number isnt recognised?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
