    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 4 gee wifi mini that was working wonderfully on trips away.&amp;nbsp; It has not been used for a while but is set up with a 12 month bundle and credit till March 2023.&amp;nbsp; On a trip last week I got the red wifi indicator with internet connected without wifi message.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I checked coverage in the area and reset the box but still no wifi.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I checked it at home too but just the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone suggested you need to reactivate it if not been used for a while but I am not sure what to do.&amp;nbsp; No way to email or message the company and every time I phone I get the it will be over 10 minute wait message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was thinking of topping up again but thinking twice now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
