Mobile Mini Wifi not working

My mobile mini wifi router has stopped working. When I turn it on the lights flash blue and it then turns off. I've taken out and put back the battery and SIM, but no change. Any suggestions? Do I need a new SIM? If so how do I get one without spending hours on the phone?

Do you know if any other EE devices in the area are affected? Are there any maintenance works listed if you check the status of your postcode on our coverage checker?

Hi Christopher, this has happened in two different locations (250 miles apart) over the past week. If there is no coverage, I think the signal light would be red. It is now not turning on unless I put in the charger - the lights turn on (all blue), the lights then turn off apart from the battery light which stays on for a few seconds and then starts flashing. It is hard to know, but I believe it is fully charged.

The fastest way to try a new SIM would be to pop into your local EE store if possible.

You could try factory resetting the device first to see if this helps.
