&lt;P&gt;The fastest way to try a new SIM would be to pop into your local EE store if possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try factory resetting the device first to see if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Mobile Mini Wifi not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mobile mini wifi router has stopped working.&amp;nbsp; When I turn it on the lights flash blue and it then turns off.&amp;nbsp; I've taken out and put back the battery and SIM, but no change.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; Do I need a new SIM?&amp;nbsp; If so how do I get one without spending hours on the phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Christopher, this has happened in two different locations (250 miles apart) over the past week.&amp;nbsp; If there is no coverage, I think the signal light would be red.&amp;nbsp; It is now not turning on unless I put in the charger - the lights turn on (all blue), the lights then turn off apart from the battery light which stays on for a few seconds and then starts flashing.&amp;nbsp; It is hard to know, but I believe it is fully charged.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
