Poor signal on 5gee router

I was advice to buy a 5gEE router as by can not supply me broadband, the signal is poor though, is there a way of increasing the signal?

If there were an easy method, a network would be able to offer 100% blanket coverage and they'd be very quick to do so! The coverage you get is what it is.

An external antenna is often a good solution in fringe areas. Check using the coverage tool linked above, whether the predicted service is broadly what you're receiving.

i’ve just checked and it says poor. However when I went into the shop they told me was good,3-4 bars. And I should have no problems. So looks like they just told me this so I would purchase one

i purchased online after being recommended it by to ee outlets, over 2 weeks so stuck with a device that doesn’t work for 18months
