Facebook, Instagram and twitter not loading on windows pcs or android devices

I am using a EE 5G Unlimited Data sim with a TP Link TL-MR6400 Router. Since the middle of last week most social media websites don not load on Window PCs and android phones. There has not been any problem with these sites prior to last week, has anyone encountered this problem?, and has this anything to do with the adult content blocker,

Could you try turning off your content lock, as a test?

Last time this happened to me I called and they had put age restrictions on. It's happened again now. I came here to see if I could fix it myself but saw your message and thought id let you know. Give it a test by googling a known 18+ website and if it's as if it doesn't exist or won't load, they've put age restrictions on. I want my money back this happens so often -_-
