My pay as you go WiFi device has run out of data. Normally when this happens it asks me to sign in to choose some data, this normally takes me straight into the page so that I just click on the data I need but this time it wants me to log in but the login button isn't working so can't get into the page.

So instead I went straight onto the EE website which allowed me to log in and shows I currently have no data but no options to purchase data are showing. So I am currently without Internet.

Is there currently an issue with the website as this hasn't happened before?

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.

Thank you. I don't want an add on... normally when my data runs out I can buy new data but have no option to this time. Something seems to have changed. The add on process seems very complicated whereas before I was always able literally to press the dara option I needed.

Gave up trying to ring EE tonight as one I got cut off after being on hold for 10 mins and then was in a queue for 20 mins.

Really appreciate your help though.
