Can't use credit

Hi all.
I have £30 credit for my 4GEE dongle. I can't use to to buy data though as the page has been broken for 3+ days now. What should I do. I need it to work for work tomorrow. Thanks!

Thanks for the message James. No. Still the same, I think it's a problem EE side. Has worked perfectly every other time. Last week for example.

This is what it says

"What happened?

Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later"

OK, thanks for confirming, @MT373

I suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team to look into why this is happening and try to add an add-on in the mean time.
