Ee 5g router problems

I’m having issues with my router.

when connected to the lan port on the back of the router I get terrible download speeds, (120mbps down to 5mbps). Do I have a faulty router?

Do you have a different ethernet cable you could test with to rule out a faulty cable?

I have the same issue, very unstable 5G WiFi, and it gets worse when using a cable.

Not sure this technology is ready just yet, I think I ll bring back my EE 5G router.
