      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend using the "keep me posted" link for updates - it's possible there's an underlying problem here that is taking longer to properly rectify.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All network faults are rectified as quickly as possible, if you want further info you can call EE C/S on 150 and they may be able to look at the fault ticket.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's quite likely that 95% of the updates on the ticket will be of no interest to 95% of customers, though!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
