I hope someone can help. I have 2 Siemens ovens that connect to an app called Home Connect on my iPhone and iPad. All was well until I changed my router to an 4GEE router and now I can no longer connect. I have spoken to Siemens and they have tried and tried until I told them my type of Router and they said they have had this problem before but not sure how to fix it. Has anyone else had this problem.

It might be an EE IPv6 issue. EE has introduced IPv6 on its mobile network, but it doesn't fall-back to IPv4 nicely. Can you change the Profile/APN on your mobile router to APN Protocol = IPv4 only?

Show us the Profile page of the router.

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then look for a section to do with Profile or APN.
