Hi, mini wifi has stopped working, all blue lights and 1 red light on signal strength icon. Tried to contact EE, any quick fix?

Thanks for your comments, I’ve held the power button down for a few secs, seems to go through a reset but same result I’m afraid.

Thanks for your comment, yes area we are in seems fine, we use when camping, hasn’t worked all summer… maybe EE will just send me another SIM
