Hi, I seem to be stuck with a £10 voucher that I can't redeem through my 4gEE WiFi Mini hub, no provision in management app, no provision in online EE services.....any help folks?

You will need to put the SIM in a phone (or another mobile router that sends SMS) in order to redeem your eVoucher by texting VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number to 150, e.g. VO 1234567891234567

Why did you buy an eVoucher when you knew your mobile router doesn't send SMS?
