Hi,

I ran out of data allowance on my PAYG broadband SIM. It would let me access www.ee.co.uk as expected but I could not access any ee.co.uk subdomains including id.ee.co.uk and auth.ee.co.uk so there is something wrong somewhere where if you run out of credit you cant access anything on *.ee.co.uk to top up but can access www.ee.co.uk

Thanks for coming here.

If you have run out of data, you should get the option to add data if you try and access internet services on a device connected to the WiFi device. If this does not work please call us on 0800 079 8586.
