If you take the SIM card out, you should find the IMEI on it also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have Skype, there is a free number you can ring:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are busy, due to the new Apple products having come out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I lost my sim card then through EE I got another one when I tried to activate it it says : We have sent a 6 digit code to your number( the number that I cannot access because it is lost) . Please help me because I desperately need my SIM but cannot get hold of EE without a phone. I have tried to call them through friend’s phone but it is like 30-40 minutes and still busy line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;what do I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;if you had reported your old sim lost they would of blocked that sim and sent you a replacement on request and you wouldn’t be sent a cost to the number to activate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
