Satfi car wifi router with EE - internet disconnected whilst network connected

Hey guys

I have a satfi 4g lte network. I’ve tried apn setting with and without auth

(everywhere,pap,eesecure,secure)

3 times it’s connected (sporadically with no setting change) and got an IP and worked - the rest of the time it just sits there with full signal but says internet disconnected.

what am I missing?
