      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's impossible to answer on anything more than a general basis, it depends on the spectrum and capacity that each network has available in any particular location.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On that general basis, EE has broadly more spectrum available to deploy and is therefore capable "on-paper" of better speeds - but not every network site carries every 4G or 5G band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
