Iphone xr i ve been using it for a year with no problem and now is not
working I thought it was the apple system but i did all the restarting and
upgrade of ios and still not working apple told me it might be a EE issues
do i ve to get a specific add ons for hot spotting?

Using the hotspot is included with your normal mobile data allowance, @Elpezza.

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team though, just to make sure everything is OK from our side.
