@IhateEE22 On what device? If you mean on a mobile Wi-Fi device they only get deleted when you delete them just like a mobile phone.

My SMS page has disappeared not just the messages. I haven't deleted anything

It's a 4gee mini dongle, but on my account page the sms service is missing. I haven't received an email regarding my recent top-up. Your mails are coming through my outlook service

You'll find your SMS's on your mobile router itself, not on your MyEE a/c.
