Content lock off but websites still blocked

I called 150 the other day with my credit card and content lock was taken off my phone which, for some reason, suddenly was on. However, I still have blocked content. I have already turned my phone off and on etc

Have you restated your device? What does it say in your EE app?

It also depends on the content as removing the block won't allow access to sites banned by the courts which EE has to block by law.
