      <title>I have spent 4 days trying to either access an old acct of set up a new one</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an EE Osprey device with a PAYG sim this is a new sim and the device has not been used over last few years. I cannot access my EE account and it will not let me set up a new ones HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have not logged in to your old account, you will have to ring customer service to get this sorted and then you will be able to register again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The device Has not been used and the sim was damaged so I purchased a new&lt;BR /&gt;sim which is activated but I wanted to access account to check usage &amp;amp; top&lt;BR /&gt;up when necessary</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/310267"&gt;@wynne&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, as you had an account before, if you cannot log-in, then you will need to ring customer service, so that you can then register afresh, or if you use a different email you may be able to register afresh, but I would suggest ringing customer service to get this looked into.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Tried that yesterday spoke to lady in Ireland who promised me a call back&lt;BR /&gt;but it never happened. tried again today held on for 30 minutes with no&lt;BR /&gt;success. Also tried Twitter and facebook and spent 30 minutes on chat The&lt;BR /&gt;person my name doesnt match the account but as Ive no idea what name they&lt;BR /&gt;its stalemate</description>
