Slow speed on EE MiFi 2020

Hi,

I am using EE MiFi in a static caravan. I was getting speeds of 50Mb, now lucky to get 2Mb. Coverage and network checker shows fine.

When I speed check my mobile I am getting 30Mb+. Putting the MiFi box next to it, I get 2Mb.

The same mobile is connected to the same MiFi box and if I tether the phone to my Firestick I get 10Mb.

How can increase speed of the MiFi box when directly connected to the firestick without having to tether?

@trevorsem You say coverage and network checker say fine but have you click the check status tab on that webpage. The checker is only showing the area and not possible issues for that you need to click the status tab. And you can not increase the speed yourself.
