    <description>Yes I have had a bill and a new data allowance, which is still the old one. Changed May 16th so assumed next bill on 18th June would show changes.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On 16th May I upgraded to a data package and switched to The EE broadband powered by BT. Broadband happened but not the upgrade. Still on old tariff despite so long on the phone. What a waste of time. Now need to phone again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you upgraded and changed the plan, did the team advise when the changes would take place?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you had a bill since you upgraded?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
