At home both my wife and I have virtually zero signal - makes working from home almost impossible.
Also I'm using an iPhone 5 and regularly have to restart it to get any service, even bough the signal says its there - missed calls texts and emails - which isn't great when I use this for work.
Basically I've got limited use for the network when mobile or at home, frankly I want t I cancel and go back to 3, didn't have such issues then.

If this is a very recent purchase you can return the phones and cancel the contracts, I believe you have 7 days for in store purchases and 14 days for Internet / Telesales purchases.
