Mobile data not working after switch to EE

Ive read all the posts about data not working after getting new sim from EE and switching my number (from 3).The phone is working Ok, as are text messages but not data.I've tried everything recommended on these blogs and am very frustrated.Not a good...

Resolved! Data usage

I've got 60 gig on my phone and this month the data has been eaten up very quickly even though it's mainly connected to WI-FI - Checked app usage and nothing new showing and this has never happened before only this month - any ideas appreciated

4G antenna install?

I've read previous posts that EE install (or use someone) to install external 4G antennas. Do they still do this service please? No 5G in my area I'm afraid.Thank you

Resolved! Mobile Data not working on Android

My Redmi Note 10 Pro phone will only connect to the internet via WIFI. I have just bought a mobile data add on which I cannot work out how to use. I have tried all the fixes suggested on the internet apart from a factory reset.
