The App says my device isn't compatible so I cannot use the App. And I now can't find anywhere on the website to gift data. Anyone have a link to the website section to do this, just until I switch provider?! Can't believe it's so difficult to do som...

I have been with BT for over 10 years on the same mobile data package. since I have moved over to EE my usage seems to have increased drastically, without me using anything different? is anyone else having the same issue?
