People would not need to come and voice there issues here as much.
After all a network status page is self explanatory !

Looks like ive been given 3gb of data for the outage also !
Yesterday i had used around 3gb out of 8gb now ive used only 50mb with same amount of days left.
WHATS THE BETTING THEY HAVE GOT THIS WRONG TOO !
Shall i hold my breath for an answer ?

I also have had the no service/ 1/2 bar issue.
plus i called ee because i could not get onto the internet.
asked for eta - advisor could not give.
asked for compensation for inconvenience - reply: hmm we don't give out compensation.
my response: hmm so i'm just supposed to accept that i'm paying for a service that ee aren't providing?
she apologised and agreed it was rubbish that ee were not giving anyone any coms
funny enough i can get onto the ee site but no other sites!
only just joined ee and not impressed

Still struggling in Nottingham, sporadically it wants me to buy a new data add-on as it thinks mine has expired?
I am on the 8gb package and have used a total of 7.6 since the end of september when still with orange, so find it unlikely.

A helpful lady on the customer support line a short while ago said that it was wasn't affecting everyone and that it was a physical failure, and that restoring it was being hampered by bad weather.
It doesn't excuse the fact that official communications from EE have been conspicuous in their absence, but it's nice to be given some idea of what's going on.

Helpful she may have been, but do we believe her?
Interesting that she knows what the problem is but the CS adviser I spoke to hadn't heard about it.
I don't believe a word they say anymore.
