Making and receiving calls is fine though whatsapp, email and general browsing aren't working. Any ideas?

I just bought myself the online mobile for my laptop and spent the whole morning trying to make the dongle work... if theres no service that would explain everything! Good times! Is anyone aware of a way you can check the networks status? Or do we just have to guess by people shouting on here?

Ive just called 150 & when you get to the problems with the internet connection part there is a recorded message say there having problems with the data & it will be fixed as soon as possible

Same in KT6. Just went into local store and was told the entire network is down at the moment and has been for most of the morning. There is no ETA at the moment.
Great that the service status page on the site just says 'no issues'. Way to keep customers informed EE!

Looks like I'm back up and running in Newcastle.
If you have an iPhone go to Settings > General > Cellular and turn both Cellular Data and Enable LTE off, leave it about 30 seconds or so then switch both of them back on. You should then get your 4G (LTE) signal back after about 30-45 seconds of switching them both back on
