Am still trying to apply a 6MONTHBB to my account. Am now getting a response saying "Sorry, due to technical problem your request has not been processed. Please try again later. Apologies for any inconvenience".
I can see that others on this board have had similar issues in the past and someone from customer services has assisted. If someone is around that can help me, I'd appreciate it.
