change from orange to ee

I upgraded my phone to ee, I also had a mobile broadband dongle that I cancelled, giving 30 days notice. I keep getting a text message from orange telling me my bill is ready to view, I dont have an orange account anymore. How do I stop the texts?

These texts are normal. When I upgraded from Orange to 4GEE I received a text each month informing me my bill was ready to view. These are automatically generated and you'll be removed from the Orange system after three months, as this is when Orange fully registers your account as terminated.

 

You can contact Orange customer services on 07973100150 from your 4GEE phone and ask them to remove you from the Orange database.
