Cut off

I'm so lost I've been cut off so I have no service but I've just paid my bill and my phone still isn't working youve taken 115.09 and not turned my phone back on but I also can't call anybody because it says no service can you turn me back on please

Does it matter if you can't fit my name in the "account holder" box, it's only 16 characters and normally for DD you must get the name precise unlike SO, many thanks.

Why if i have set up a new DD , do I keep getting messages telling me if I don't pay next month's bill which is due on the 4th, and the fact it was set up over a month ago, being told i will loose a lot of my benefits?
