I had my phone stolen in a foreign country and am unable to retrieve it. I am wondering what services are available from EE in terms of a replacement? I have no insurance, otherwise I would claim on that, and I am not expecting a new phone for free, but I would like to know if there are any other options, ie replacement at a discounted rate (Orange offered this to me last time I broke my phone).

EE only compensate for problems they are at fault.
You are going to have to buy a new phone or use an old one.

Welcome and thanks for posting.
All we can suggest is that you could buy one of the EE Pay As You Go handsets to continue to use your services with your replacement SIM.
Our current Pay As You Go range can be found here.
Hope this helps,
