Contacted Orange Broadband helpdesk & wanted to cancel my broadband as I've moved & there is already internet here.
I paid for the broadband only at my old address and the BT line was already paid for.
Spoke to advisor and she THREATENED me with a charge of £29 for just disconnecting the line. What a joke. I've never had issues previously and I've been a long term customer. There's no way I can move it across.
Feel like I've been conned
