Can I connect my printer to the Brightbox USB as a print server?

I cannot find any help in the manual for the Brightbox, on other uses for the USB connector.

I would like to connect my printer to the router via USB for printer sharing.

Is this possible?

Should I just plug the printer in and try?

Could this damage anything that Windows Vista hasn't already?

If you have enabled networking on your computer.... and can find a usb pen drive on the brightbox....I can't see any reason why you cant print via the same method via Samba.

I have a printer on a Linux OS running netbook... the printer is shared via Samba.... we are on Windows and Android and print via the netbook

On the windows computer ...you search for a printer and it should find it....then when you click add it will ask for drivers.....ignore the make/model of the printer and chose Generic Printer then chose MS imagesetter driver and click yes/add or whatever it says whatever then you should see "print test page"..... Click that and if it worked you should have a test page
