Broadband cancellation without my request

I have received an email from EE today saying I have requested to cancel my contract with them which I haven’t. I’ve logged on to my account and under the broadband it says pending cease. how is this possible? 

WiFi control not working on the app

I have purchased a the new smart hub + to make my life easier, working from home and to have a more stable Internet connection, I have paid more money for the service and it doesn't work in full, the WiFi control is not allowing me on, any fixes? 

No internet connection
