Google call it “A bold, colorful, and responsive UI design for consistent, intuitive experiences across all your devices”. It’s essentially a 3D user experience that appears in 2D. We’re supposed to develop a sense of depth in the interface even with the 2D windows and I must say it does look very pretty indeed.

The other improvements around notifications, battery life, security, device sharing, quick settings, connectivity, performance, ‘OK Google’ and Android TV all seem to point to a comprehensive overhaul of Android. I’m excited.

But I’d like to know what you guys think? Will Lollipop represent a significant improvement on Kitkat? Is this going to be the best mobile operating system out there? Let us know!
