Brightbox not connecting with any devices

I've connected the router, switched it on, the the right lights appear to be on (altohugh the intelligent wireless light is not lit up). However, I've tried to connect four different devices with no luck. None of the devices are picking up my router at all (even though before my broadband was officially switched on, my devices recognised the router).

 

Any ideas or suggestions?
