Multiple languages for speech to text

Microphone muted on all calls

Can I buy a phone and put my old ee sim in it

I had a phone but it's broken and my ee sim is still in it. I see that all ee phones come with a monthly sim, can I buy a phone and remove the new sim card and use my own sim? Or do I have to use the new sim that comes with the phone?
