Resolved! failed insurance claim

I was trying to make a damage claim for my Galaxy S22 Ultra but couldn't find out to select from the drop box asking for my phone's model name.And my online claim was continuously declined. Does anybody have a suggestion for these?Thanks in advance

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra BLACK SCREEN

Can anyone help, my phone all of a sudden has a black screen, I know it switches on as I can feel it vibrating. I have tried charging it and doing a reset (volume down and on buttons) nothing seems to be working.
